Gift Point Kupwara has a strict no-return, no-exchange, no-refund policy. Once an item is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
We do not accept returns on any products, including soft toys, greeting cards, chocolates, gift hampers, party supplies, flowers, stationery, or decoration items. This policy applies to all items sold at Gift Point Kupwara — both in-store and via WhatsApp orders.
Products cannot be exchanged for a different item, size, color, or variant after purchase. We encourage all customers to confirm their selection before completing a purchase.
Payments made — whether in cash, UPI, or any other method — are non-refundable. Once a transaction is complete, refunds will not be issued for any reason.
